Here are the names of the head residents that may be calling/texting you if they need your help while I'm gone:
You can reach any of them by calling Campus Security...they will get you in touch with the head resident who is on call for that day. The number is 496-3000. It will work 24 hours a day.
Kerr Hall: Bekka Hansen
Barnes Hall: Kiera Burns
Ricks Hall: Kendra Parry
Lamprecht Hall: Shannon Neibaur
Chapman Hall: Mayerling Linton
Biddulph Hall: Torri Black
My Boss (Sharon Tuckett)'s phone number is 496-9228 and her cell phone is 313-0275. Please feel free to call her if there is an emergency!
If someone is locked out, you know what to do. Don't rush home if you're away...they can wait in either of the lounges until you are available. Keep track of this time, if it is happening a lot, you need to be paid for your time!
I'll be on Facebook, I'll be emailing, and also you can reach me by my Skype username "etonargle". You are welcome to Skype chat with me if we're online, or you can email me and I can call if you need something. It is only 3 hours ahead of Rexburg time, so it won't be too bad to keep in touch that way :)
Honestly, I couldn't do this without you! Loves and huge hugs!
Jena/ :)
Here are the available hours/dates I need employees. The number in ( ) at the end of the time is how many employees I need that day. If you let me know before I leave, I can put your names in the date so we can keep track of who's supposed to show up when. I'll update the calendar as you sign up.

Keys

Your keys are very important for you job. PLEASE keep them with you at all times!
I've never had an employee do this, but please don't lend your keys out or advertise that you have access to all of the apartments. The volunteers and other head residents know you have access and that is all who need to know :)
THanks so much!
Clean Checks!
3 EASY steps!

1. Please check the apartments that are in the files under the computer. It should take around 45 minutes to check 8 apartments.

2. Please come back and record how each apartment did. Use the xlsx.document on my desktop called "clean check feedback sheets"
If a situation arises that needs more explanation than a score, please email me about it so we have documentation :) This part should take no more than 15 minutes :)

3. After you've emailed me, please put the completed sheets in the orange mail slot and Sharlene or myself will put them in the mailboxes on Friday afternoon.
Thanks so much!

If you are in doubt about what to look for each week for the weekly specials, there are instructions on each clipboard. If you want to know ahead of time, here are the instructions for each week's special (click on the images to enlarge):

Conduct at Work
While checking apartments:
Everything we discuss as employees regarding other tenants is strictly confidential.
Regarding shifts and availability:
Let me know if you have any questions!
Always knock and count to 7 before you enter an apartment. It gives them enough time to answer a door without feeling like we are "barging" in on them :)
Upon entering an apartment, call out loudly "clean checks" or something similar so if they ARE home, they aren't startled :)
Please tell tenants what you are doing. If they are in the living room, let them know that you'll be checking things quickly and ask if they have any questions before you proceed.
When it comes to personal items, please look with your eyes. We had to fire an employee that picked up a camera to check it out without the owner's permission...we just can't have people nervous that we'll do something to their personal property.

Regarding shifts and availability:
Please sign up for shifts promptly. I want to be flexible with your schedule, but I have to act quickly :)
Please show up on time and for each shift. I know it's not a TON of hours, but if you say you'll be there, please be there!
Please make sure you are available at least a day before and on the last day of the semester. I also need people to be available for whiteglove (3 hours on the Tuesday and Wednesday evening before check-outs). It really puts us behind when you can't make it on these days.
Let me know if you have any questions!
